Empowering People To SERVE THE HUNGRY With Hands On Food Packaging Events
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we saw a massive increase in the need for hunger relief. We also watched as one by one, each meal packing event was cancelled. This left a sizable gap in our ability to provide meals for hungry individuals.
At this time, the need is great, but YOU can make a difference! Numana is opening our warehouse facility for you to come package much needed hunger relief meals TODAY!
Grab your family, friends, co-workers or church group and make the trip to El Dorado KS to serve up some delicious Numana meals! Taking all the safety precautions, we will have a great time together, packing meals and making a difference in the world.
Call our office at (316) 452-5445 Each event is different, so we'd love to chat about how your time with us could look!
- All volunteers will be required to have their temperature taken prior to entering the packaging center. Anyone with a temperature of 100oF or above will be asked to return home.
- You must bring a clean mask (a bandana or scarf is not acceptable) to wear during your shift.
- Maximum # of volunteers per shift is 40 to allow for social distancing.
- Hand-washing stations, hairnets, aprons and gloves will be made available.
Each meal costs $0.30 to package and get to it's destination. We understand that your family may want to pack meals but perhaps cannot afford to cover the full cost... That's OK! We still want you! Let's chat! Just call us at 316-452-5445

We can work around your schedule. Typically a group of 10-12 people can package 1,200-1,500 meals per hour. You are welcome to serve for an hour or stay all day!
Your meals will NOT be collecting dust! Food banks are begging for meals so your meals will most likely be used immediately.

"Coordinating a Numana event was not only an amazing experience, but also one of my favorite memories of high school. It showed me that anyone can make an impact, all it takes is a little passion. Being involved with Numana, Inc. allowed me to help change people’s lives all while changing mine.”
“We had a blast and I have heard many good reports from the families that attended. This project has included more people in one event than anything we have done as a church in at least 8 years. Thank you for allowing us this opportunity.”
“I started to look around, and for a moment I let it all sink in. Here were 2,000 strangers who probably have never even visited Haiti, hurrying to complete this monumental task… The task was about hope. It was about life. It was about working together to make an impact.”
